BACKGROUND
  • I grew up in Canby.
  • My philosophy is to teach social-emotional development, literacy, language development, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, art, science and math through play.
  • I believe at this age children are like sponges and can learn so much through engaging with their peers and teachers in a safe and fun learning environment.
  • To me, social emotional development is such a huge part of a child’s early success in school.
  • Learning to negotiate, problem solve, share and get along with their peers during the preschool years are the stepping stones for preparing them for kindergarten and beyond.
  • I am thankful for the opportunity to share my passion of Early Childhood Education with the community I grew up in!
